Q: How Do I know You'll Make My Mortgage Payments?
A: We make money when the tenant/buyer re-finances the mortgage in to their name.
We could not stay in business if we did not make the mortgage payments because we would lose the property back to you.
That would defeat the whole purpose of purchasing your property.
Q: When Will You Sell The House?
A: We can not give you an exact time. It will be up to the tenant/buyer to make that decision within the time frame they have.
We make money when they buy so we will be
pushing them to do so.
In the meantime, your payment will be made.
Q: Why Don't I Just List With A Realtor?
A: That certainly is an option.
But a realtor will not make your mortgage payments while they are attempting to sell your home.
We are willing to make
your payment and maintain the home while our tenant/buyer gets their own financing.
Q: How Soon Do I Have To Move Out?
A: We can make reasonable arrangements that suits your needs.
Q: Do I have to do repairs to sell to you?
A: No. Real Solutions will buy your home in any condition.
Q. Are there any fees when I sell?

No. Real Solutions will pay them if we strike a deal
Q. I owe the bank more than I think I can sell for, will you still buy my house?
A: Yes. Real Solutions will negotiate with your bank to make sure you
will owe them nothing when you leave the closing table
Q. What are the main points I should remember
A:
1. Don't lose your home and damage your credit history if you can help it
2. Explore every alternative to losing your home.
3. Act now. Delaying can't Help. If you do nothing you will lose your home and your good credit rating
