Our standards for qualifying
to rent a home are simple and fair. They are:
Your
gross income must equal approximately four times the monthly rent
of your home.
A
favorable credit history
Be
employed or be able to furnish acceptable proof of the required
income.
Good
references from previous Landlords.
Limit
occupants to 2 per bedroom.
Applicants
with less than favorable credit may qualify by doubling the security
deposit, paying rent in advance or getting someone with good credit
history to co-sign the lease.
We are pet friendly
except for certain breeds of dogs. Including
but not limited to Pit Bulls, Doberman Pinschers, Rottwilers, Chows,
and German Shepherds, Chows, & Wolf Hybrids.
There is a separate non- refundable pet fee ($250) and monthly pet rent ($25/pet).
